We look forward to meeting you, please review the following information and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions. 

Consultations

We will begin with a phone call, please be prepared to answer some basic questions about yourself and what type of treatment or surgeries you are interested in. All new patients are required to have an in-person consultation appointment. At this appointment we will do a proper examination to address your concerns, discuss your goals, and formulate a treatment plan.

If you choose to schedule a consultation, we will require your credit card information to secure your booking. The consultation charges will be processed one to two business days prior to your reserved appointment date. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Surgical Consultation Fees

Surgical Consultations are scheduled primarily with Dr. Javidnia, our surgeon.  The consultation scheduling fee for a Surgical consultation is $176.99 plus GST ($200.00).  This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the surgery should you wish to proceed.

Non-Surgical Consultation Fees

Non-surgical consultations for aging skin concerns, laser treatments, or injectables are scheduled with one of our practitioners (Nurse or Medical Aesthetician) with time for review and approval of the treatment plan with Dr. Javidnia.  

The Non-Surgical consultation fee is $88.50 plus GST ($100.01). The cost of your consultation is credited towards the cost of your first treatment ($250 or more), provided it is completed within 60 days of your initial consultation.

Appointment Changes/Cancellation

If you are unable to keep your scheduled consultation, to avoid incurring the above fees, we do require two full business days notice.

Payment Types

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit cards, Cash and Bank Drafts. We do not accept personal cheques.

Fees and Payment Policy

After your consultation, you will be provided with a personalized quote for your proposed treatment options. If you have any questions, our patient coordinators will be happy to go over them with you and will help you to schedule your appointments.   The cost of treatment varies depending on your aesthetic goals, and individual plan

Non-Surgical Treatments

For all non-surgical treatments we require payment in full at the time of your visit.

Surgical Procedures

All Quotations for Cosmetic Surgery include the following: 

  • The surgeons fee
  • Anaesthesiologist and nursing team fees
  • Operating room/surgical facility fees
  • Pre and post-op along with follow up appointments
  • Cost of implants or required surgical garments
  • All Taxes (shown separately on your estimate)

Scheduling your Surgical Procedure – Booking Fee

Surgical dates are in high demand and require organizing not only the surgeon’s time, but also nurses, anesthesiologist, and OR time.

A non-refundable surgical booking fee of $1000 plus HST is required to secure a surgical date. This fee reserves a time for you and prevents another patient from being booked on the same day. For this reason, the SURGICAL BOOKING FEE is Non-refundable. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your surgery.

    When is Payment Due?

    Your surgery involves arranging and scheduling our team of qualified and dedicated professionals. The full payment for your surgery is due 3 – 4 weeks prior to your confirmed surgical date (Usually at your pre-op appointment if your surgery requires one).

    Scheduled surgeries require careful planning, please understand our cancellation policy. Should you have to cancel your surgery after full payment has been made, please note the following:

    In addition to the non-Refundable Booking fee, the following additional charges will apply:

    Cancellation 15 – 21 days prior to your procedure date will result in a 25% loss of all remaining fees.
    Cancellation 8 – 14 days prior to your procedure date will result in a 50% loss of all remaining fees
    Cancellation 7 days or less from your procedure will result in 100% loss of all fees.

    In the event of a life-threatening emergency or medical illness which requires a cancellation of a scheduled surgery, a note from your physician detailing the reason for a cancellation will be required before consideration of a full refund.

    On the day of surgery if you are late for surgery, or non-compliant with test requirements and/or dietary restrictions, for your safety the surgery may have to be delayed or cancelled. You may be responsible for any additional charges incurred because of this delay, and or any fees associated with cancellation.
