“I help people become their most confident selves.”

There are many ways to look at cosmetic surgery. But for Dr. Hedyeh Javidnia, its about improving a patient’s joy and quality of life.

“In medicine, we save patients’ lives,” says Hedyeh. “But in my field, we are more attuned to outcomes and quality of life, so how we follow our patients to the end is even more important.”

Having trained in Ottawa, California and Harvard, Hedyeh brings the most advanced techniques and procedures to her clients. As the only female surgeon in Ottawa who has been trained through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Hedyeh believe that for many patients — women in particular — cosmetic surgery is far from an exercise in vanity. Rather, it often results in people being happier and more confident in themselves.

The proof comes when patients return for follow-up visits, overwhelmed with happiness and saying they wished they had the procedure done years ago. “It’s an amazing boost to their confidence.”
